Return Eligibility and Refund policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original packaging and tags attached.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the 14-day return period starts from the day you receive your order, not from the date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or tried on, even if they are unused.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Socks
- Winter Set ( Gloves - Scarf -Winter hat )
If the packaging seal is broken, or the product shows any signs of use, the return will not be accepted.
Footwear may only be tried indoors on a clean surface.
If the soles show signs of wear, dirt, or cleaning attempts, the return will be refused.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if it’s approved or denied.
If denied due to signs of use or damaged packaging, the item will be sent back to you without refund.
