Return Eligibility and Refund policy
We want you to feel confident with every order. If you decide to return an item, please make sure it is in the same condition as received — unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
The 14-day withdrawal period begins the day after you receive your order.
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are normally the responsibility of the customer.
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once they have been opened, unsealed, worn, or handled beyond what is necessary to assess them. Items returned with signs of use, wear, damage, or altered packaging may not be accepted.
Footwear should only be tried indoors on a clean surface. If there are visible signs of wear, marks, dirt, or cleaning attempts, the return may be declined.
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the outcome. If a return does not meet the conditions above, it may be rejected and sent back without a refund.

Promotional Offers and Bundle Sales
All products purchased under promotional campaigns such as “Buy 2 for the price of 1” or similar bundle offers are sold as a single combined discounted transaction.
Due to the heavily discounted nature of these promotions, the offer is only valid when all items in the bundle are kept or returned together in full. Partial returns from promotional bundles are not accepted for refund.
If a return is accepted, the refund will only be processed for the full promotional set and will be calculated based on the discounted bundle price paid, not individual item values.
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not comply fully with these conditions, including incomplete promotional sets or items not returned in a resellable condition.
Refunds are only issued for items that are returned in accordance with our Return Policy and meet all required conditions. We do not issue refunds for items that are not returned in resellable condition, or for returns that do not comply with the terms of promotional offers or bundle purchases. In eligible cases, refunds will be processed using the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved.
